Our Approach
As a kid...
I spent a lot of time playing with Legos but what I really liked was to organize ALL the pieces into little containers of like items. I would build big structures then immediately take them completely apart and organize the pieces by shape, size and yes...color. Hours and hours of fun I tell you! 🙂 Also, as a child I would move the furniture around in my bedroom monthly and reorganize my stuff to work better according to the season, the clothes I liked best, the sport I was playing, the holiday coming up, the stuffed animals that were my current favorite... you get the point. As my needs and desires changed, so did my room. Now as an adult, I get excited about a "messy" space because I can see the potential for it to be more functional. I love working with clients and showing them how they can create a system in their home that helps alleviate their stress, makes them more efficient and gives them more time to do the things they love. And if one of the things they love do is play with Legos, I'll be there for them.
Our Story
In my past life...
I was an elementary school teacher. It became known that my classroom was very organized, structured and had a productive flow. For this reason, many children were placed in my class because they could benefit from this type of environment. Understanding the tremendous positive impact that was made on my students' education because they had a functional space, gave me great insight into how it could work in a home as well. Since then, I've been helping others create spaces that allow them to shine and be the best they can be.
Currently...
I am happily married and have two wonderful children who keep me busy as a driver, chef, laundromat, cheerleader, nurse... the list keeps going. We have a Weimaraner puppy who helps me stay in shape by giving me a pathetic "take me for a walk" look daily.
